Gluten-Free Wheat Starch*, Corn Starch, Cellulose and Psyllium Fiber Blend, Sorghum Flour, Pea Protein, Xanthan Gum, Enzymes. Contains Wheat*.

*The fact that it contains wheat terrifies many of us who must adhere to a gluten free diet but Wheat Starch is one of those ingredients that can be gluten free insofar that it has been properly processed and to carry the "gluten free" label it is also required it be adequately tested. However, if you have a wheat allergy it is highly likely you need to avoid this flour.
